This notice explains what happens when you visit terraviae.org or choose to contact TerraViae through the website.
No advertising profiles. No hosted contact database.
TerraViae does not currently use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or a website account system on terraviae.org. The contact form does not submit information to the website or store a copy in a website database.
Like most hosted websites, the infrastructure that delivers the site may process limited technical information needed for security and reliable operation, such as an IP address, browser details, and request logs, under the hosting provider's own practices.
Your message moves through your email application.
When you use the contact form, the site prepares an email addressed to trailhead@terraviae.org and opens it in your email application. Nothing is sent until you review and send that email.
Once sent, TerraViae receives the message in its email system and may retain it to respond, maintain an appropriate relationship history, or meet legal and organizational recordkeeping needs. Please do not send sensitive personal, financial, medical, or identity information through this contact path.

For a privacy question or a request concerning a message you previously sent, email trailhead@terraviae.org. The separate VillageOS team sign-in is an internal service and is not part of this public website.
