This notice explains what happens when you visit terraviae.org or choose to contact TerraViae through the website.
No advertising profiles. No hosted contact database.
TerraViae does not currently use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or a website account system on terraviae.org. Contact-form messages are not added to a marketing database or public account profile.
Like most hosted websites, the infrastructure that delivers the site may process limited technical information needed for security and reliable operation, such as an IP address, browser details, and request logs, under the hosting provider's own practices.
Your message goes directly to TerraViae.
When you submit the contact form, the website sends the information you entered through TerraViae's email-delivery provider to trailhead@terraviae.org. The site does not open your device's email application or require an email account on the device.
TerraViae and its email-service providers may process and retain the message so TerraViae can respond, maintain an appropriate relationship history, prevent abuse, or meet legal and organizational recordkeeping needs. Please do not send sensitive personal, financial, medical, or identity information through this contact path.
